EuroPCR 2016 Great Debate - extending TAVI to low risk patients: Stephan Windecker
Stephan Windecker, Switzerland, President of the EAPCI, is the Chairman of the Department of Cardiology at the University Hospital in Bern. With a TAVI programme that started in 2008, the centre currently performs over 300 procedures a year. As the Chair-Elect of the ESC Committee for Practice Guidelines, evidence-based medicine is very important to Windecker.
