In recipients of the latest generation of drug-eluting stents (DES), treatment of in-stent restenosis ISR) accounts for a small number of the procedures carried out in interventional cardiology centres. This was not the case in the era of bare metal stents, especially in the setting of coronary bifurcation treatment. The case reported could be used to summarise the history of coronary bifurcation treatment over the past 20 years. The patient was treated for a circumflex bifurcation with two branches of similar diameter. Want to find out more?
