Educational Funds – General conditions
Conditions
An educational fund is intended only for the specific edition of the PCR Course applied for. All paperwork (visa, study leave, etc...) remains the responsibility of the applicant. Once accepted, the allowance cannot be transferred from the candidate to anybody else. If the delegate is unable to attend the PCR Course for any reason whatsoever, he/she must officially cancel our services as soon as possible to allow somebody else to benefit from the indirect fund.
In case of absence due to illness, force majeure or other unavoidable circumstance, the indirect fund would be deemed lost and the candidate asked to explain his/her absence. Cancellation without notification will lead to ineligibility for any future educational fund. No reimbursements will be made directly to applicants, except for specific services.
If you have already registered to the Course, you are not eligible for indirect fund.
Application process
Selection of recipients will be made according to our Industry Partners' criteria (see below paragraph on Eligibility). The recipients will be notified by email according to the agenda defined in the section dedicated to the Course you are applying for. This date may vary depending on the number of applicants.

Fund
Indirect financial support may include Course registration, transport, accommodation and transfer. The conditions specific to your educational fund – General conditions will be communicated to you in due time.
Confirmation and booking process
Selected candidates will receive a personal invitation by email and will have to officially accept the indirect fund within 48 hours. Allowances will be handled exclusively on a specific online platform, My Invite, and any accommodation and travel must be booked only through our services. Therefore, it should be specifically noted that any reservations made through a different service will not be refunded. Official declarations according to national regulations will be made in due time.
Privacy policy
The data collected on the webform will be used by Europa Group, along with any subcontractors and partners it might use, mainly for your participation at the Course. Data may be transferred to the provider of the educational support to fulfil its legal commitments.
