PCR Courses Rules and Regulations

Dear Participants,   

Welcome! We are excited to have you join us for one of our prestigious medical education courses. 

The following rules and regulations concern all Courses organised by PCR and aim at ensuring their smooth and successful execution. 

Registration and Badges

  1. All PCR Courses are strictly limited to healthcare professionals and Industry representatives working in the medical field. 
  2. All participants must complete the registration process before accessing the venue. 
  3. Badges must be worn at all times during the Course and are non-transferable. They are nominative and cannot be shared with another participant. 
  4. For security reasons, the organisers may conduct badge verification at any time. Participants may be asked to provide proof of identification. 

Access and Unauthorised Introductions: 

  1. Participants are kindly requested not to allow or facilitate the entry of individuals who are not duly registered within the venue premises. 
  2. Similarly, the introduction of goods intended for sale is only permitted at the corresponding booths in accordance with the terms of the Partnership Guide. Participants are expected to adhere to these rules. 

Children at the Event: 

  1. Children (persons under the age of 18) are not permitted inside the venue. 
  2. While we understand the importance of family, we kindly request that participants make appropriate childcare arrangements during the Course. 
  3. Should you need information to facilitate childcare arrangements, please contact the registration department.  

Code of Conduct: 

  1. Participants are expected to always conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated. 
  2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Designated smoking areas, where available, should be used. 
  3. Excessive alcohol consumption is discouraged during social events. 
  4. Please silence or turn off mobile devices during scientific sessions to minimise disruptions. 
  5. Participants are encouraged to visit the exhibition hall during designated times and respect the booths and materials of the exhibitors. 
  6. Networking events are opportunities to connect with peers and colleagues. Please engage in conversations respectfully. 

Religious Practices: 

  1. We celebrate the diversity of religious beliefs among our participants. Please approach discussions about religion with respect and sensitivity to ensure a harmonious and inclusive atmosphere. 
  2. Dedicated prayer rooms may be available onsite for participants. You can refer to the Course map to find their location or ask PCR staff at the Registration Area. We kindly request that religious practices take place exclusively in the designated prayer rooms. 
  3. Participants are free to dress according to their religious or cultural preferences, keeping in mind the professional nature of the Course. 

Confidentiality and Compliance: 

  1. Compliance with applicable healthcare laws and ethical guidelines is mandatory. 
  2. Unauthorised sharing of proprietary or sensitive information is strictly prohibited. 
  3. Photography and recording of any kind are prohibited during scientific sessions unless explicit permission is obtained. 

Emergency Procedures and Security: 

  1. In case of any emergency or evacuation, follow the instructions provided by the venue staff and local authorities. 
  2. Participants must adhere to all security directives that may be given before or during the Course by the organisers or security staff. 

Safety and Health Protocols: 

  1. We encourage all attendees to prioritise their health and the safety of others. If you feel unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please exercise appropriate personal health measures. 
  2. The organisers will enforce the current health rules imposed by the host country. Participants are expected to follow health and safety measures implemented by PCR Staff. 

Loss or Theft of Personal Items: 

  1. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the Course. Organisers cannot be held responsible for personal items in case of loss or theft. 
  2. In this case, please contact the PCR Staff at the registration desk where a Lost & Found service will be available to assist you in locating your belongings. 

Updates/Announcements and Feedback: 

  1. Stay informed about any updates and announcements through the official Course communication channels. 
  2. All participants will receive a post-Course survey to provide feedback on their experience. This survey serves as an opportunity to share comments, suggestions, and address any concerns or complaints. 

By participating in all Courses organised by PCR, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in expulsion without refund.
