Dear Dr. Kultursay, thanks for sharing this interesting case. If I remember correctly, in the (negative) TRICAVAL trial where they placed SapienXT valves in the inferior VC, they used a first self-expanding stent to prepare a landing zone and then, inside of this stent, placed the Sapien valve. Given your experience with this case, do you think such a landing zone preparation with prior stent placement should be considered for the TricValve device as well?
