To ensure efficiency, you’ll access #PCRLV with a badge scanning system:
- In and out in a beep: your badge gets a quick scan as you enter and exit the Course.
- Misplaced or lost your badge? Don’t worry, it can be replaced for a fee, but please tell us immediately as it must be deactivated for safety reasons.

For your security, photo verification will be required to access ExCeL.
- Upload a photo of yourself during the registration process to save time on the day.
- Didn’t upload your photo? No problem! Add it now via the App or onsite at the photobooth, but for faster access, it’s best to do it before you arrive.

Lunches and coffee breaks are served in the Networking Area.
Coffee break: Coffee and tea are available in the Networking Area during breaks.
Lunch buffet is served in the Networking Area:
- Sunday 16 November | 13:00 – 14:00
- Monday 17 November | 13:00 – 13:50
- Tuesday 18 November | 12:30 – 14:00
- Located in the Registration Area. It’s free of charge and has the same opening hours as the Course.
