    All points apply. Securing left main access in TAVI in TAVI for degenerated leaflets will be needed more and more often.

    All 4 are correct illustrating the need for reflection on TAVI valve choice in younger Tavi patients in order to avoid the “covered stent” situation with subsequent valve in valve procedure. For those . as the case, already treated with supraanular, but also some with self expanding valves and small sinus anatomy, BASILICA lacerations will increasingly be required to mitigate the coronary access problem illustrated in the case
