I think it's a calcified Brest implant. But the issue here is distal Left Main lesion that close to more than 90%. And severe triple vessels disease of the left coronary system,with big heart shadow that even without echo or ventriculography I think the patient has CHF and the deal here is that she needs bypass surgery, but we need to know more information about the patient
