Haematoma in tunica media compressing vessel lumen Dissection - ? Spontaneous coronary artery dissection If patient asymptomatic with TIMI 3 flow - medical management / conservative approach
Dissection/ intramural haematoma. Corresponding longitudinal view shows it to be starting from 20mm mark and extending back to the marker (small arrow head). Catheter is in the true lumen.
