22/04/2015: core valve implanted in an edwards valve and both embolized after valve deployment fully expanded tothe descending aorta.Third valve in proper aortic valve position
20/04/2015: Underestimating of device size is cause of the first device embolization
19/04/2015: Descending aortic implantation of valve in valve (corevalve in edwards) most probably caused by device embolization. A second edwards aortic valve is correctly implanted.
18/04/2015: Ectopic implantation of 2 transcatheter valves in the descending aorta most probably caused by device embolization. A 3rd transcatheter aortic valve is correctly implanted.
