18/04/2015: Gross stent malapposition, likely due to undersized stent and requiring aggressive post-dilatation
28/04/2015: A possible cause would be either longitudinal stent compression or stent fracture; there is complete loss of the metallic stent struts from 12 to 4 and gross malapposition from 4 to 9
