Summary

Valvular heart disease is probably one of the most innovative areas in cardiovascular medicine at large: tremendous progress has been made both in terms of quality of life and mortality. Technology continues to evolve, as there are still many gaps to be filled, and it is in this context that this session deserves to be followed.
