Venue access

Scan it, scan out!
In ongoing efforts to enhance efficiency and security, a new badge scanning system will grant you access to EuroPCR.
- In and out in a beep: your badge gets a quick scan as you enter and exit the Course. It's that simple!
- Misplaced your badge? Always keep an eye on yours, as any lost or misplaced badge must be deactivated for safety reasons. But rest assured, a replacement can be acquired for a fee at the registration desk.

Upload your photo now!
For your security, photo verification will be required to access the Palais des Congrès.
- Upload a photo of yourself during the registration process to save time on the day.
- Didn’t upload your photo? No problem! Add it now via the App or onsite at the photobooth, but for faster access, it’s best to do it before you arrive.

Each day during the Course, be sure to pick up from the racks or to download a copy of the official newspaper. It’s packed with session highlights, articles, interviews, onsite snapshots and more!

PCR Scientific Publications resources
Collect your free copies of the EuroPCR edition of EuroIntervention and The PCR Trials Book updated version on dedicated racks situated on every level of the venue.
Onsite useful tips
- Coffee break: Coffee and tea are available at the bars – located level 1 and level 2 during breaks.
- Lunch bags are available in front of rooms during sponsored sessions.
- Restaurant on level 3 will be open:
- Tuesday 19 May – 12:30-13:30
- Wednesday 20 May – 12:30-13:30
- Thursday 21 May – 12:30-13:30
- The cloakroom is located at level 0.5. It's free of charge and has the same opening hours as the Course.
- Emergency numbers:
- 15 for medical emergencies
- 17 for police
- 18 for fire services
- Additionally, 112 is the pan-European emergency number that can be dialed for any urgent situation.
