Venue access

Scan it, scan out!

In ongoing efforts to enhance efficiency and security, a new badge scanning system will grant you access to EuroPCR. 

  • In and out in a beep: your badge gets a quick scan as you enter and exit the Course. It's that simple! 
  • Misplaced your badge? Always keep an eye on yours, as any lost or misplaced badge must be deactivated for safety reasons. But rest assured, a replacement can be acquired for a fee at the registration desk.

Upload your photo now!

For your security, photo verification will be required to access the Palais des Congrès. 

  • Upload a photo of yourself during the registration process to save time on the day. 
  • Didn’t upload your photo? No problem! Add it now via the App or onsite at the photobooth, but for faster access, it’s best to do it before you arrive.
