If you are a healthcare professional coming from a conflict affected & social fragility countrie*, you are eligible for a special onsite fee. The presentation of your passport is mandatory during registration.
*Based on the official country list provided by the World Bank

For your security, photo verification will be required to access EuroPCR. Kindly upload a photo of yourself during the registration process.
Deadlines are at midnight CET on the specified dates.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations must be made by email and are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation until 3 May 2026
- Within 14 calendar days after the order confirmation, registration will be refunded in full without penalties.
No refunds are made for cancellations requested from 3 May 2026.

The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration. In such cases, the cancellation policy applies.
