Summary of the required format for each type of submission and presentation:

3 possible presentation formats:
- ORAL PRESENTATION
A selection of scientific abstracts will be invited to be orally presented onsite in Paris and discussed in a session with your peers
- E-POSTER
No oral presentation is scheduled for this format. E-Posters will be available on the Abstract book and displayed at the Poster Lab.
- PCR’S GOT TALENT
This is a competition exclusively for practitioners under 40 years old, to highlight the role of outstanding communication skills. Successful candidates will be those who are able to communicate what they have done simply, effectively, and connect the potential value of their research to interventional cardiology and the wider medical community.
It is organised in 3 rounds onsite during EuroPCR, and involves professional coaching sessions on how to deliver a great oral presentation. It is therefore hard-fought and demanding, requiring dedication, time and preparation.

'Michele Pighi Young Investigator Award'

This Award, initiated in remembrance of Michele Pighi, is exclusive to MD under 40 years old (resident, Fellow, PhD or young cardiologist).
It will recognise the quality of the submitted abstract and the involvement of the submitter. The abstract must present original data (neither published, nor presented elsewhere) from a single centre/multicentre, retrospective/prospective observational study or randomised clinical trial, in the field of interventional research or care.
The Michele Pighi Young Investigator Award will be announced during the EuroPCR Course by Prof. F. Ribichini, on behalf of the Division of Cardiology of the University of Verona, Italy and the EuroPCR Board of Directors. This grant (3,000 Euros) will allow the awardee to spend a working visit of 1 week or longer in a European Interventional Centre of her/his choice.
PCR Award for Personalised Vascular Care: for the 4th year, thanks to the support from Abbott, you can compete for the PCR Award for Personalised Vascular Care.
Does your abstract cover research aimed at achieving more personalised patient care, whether related to diagnostic assessment, customised treatment or improving the patient pathway? If so, you may consider submission for the PCR Award for Personalised Vascular Care; kindly indicate it in the dedicated field when submitting your abstract.

Award for the Best Clinical Case: this award will recognise the quality of the clinical case submitted as the best clinical case. You will have the chance to present your work in the Main Arena during the Award Ceremony.
E-Case format: a concise 7-slide version of your Clinical Case, showcased on digital touchscreens in a dedicated area of the Course Venue. Selection for this format recognises the scientific value of your work and gives you the opportunity to share it with the EuroPCR community onsite in Paris. An E-Cases book is also published on PCRonline. Click here to see last year's edition.
