Changes and cancellations must be made by email and are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation 45 days or more before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 45 days before the event: no refund
- For your cancellation to be officially and legally taken into account, please send your request to the registration department: [email protected]
- The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration. In such cases, the cancellation policy applies.
