A 14 year old girl complained of dyspnea and chest pain for 2 days before admission. She had no corornary artery disease risk factors, her lipid profile was normal. ECG showed sinus tachycardia and ST depression at anterolateral and inferior leads, serum tropponin was elevated. Echo showed presereved LV systolic function with anterior hypokinesia and mild mitral regurgitation, no pericardial effusion.
