The Physiology Course 2026 in collaboration with EuroPCR
Make better PCI decisions
For the first time, The Physiology Course (TPC) took place the day before EuroPCR, offering participants a unique opportunity to attend this highly regarded course.

Building on the legacy of applied coronary physiology courses, TPC has become a benchmark for training in this field. This high-impact, one-day course is designed for both early-career and experienced interventional cardiologists who want to embed coronary physiology into decision-making in every case.
TPC offers a full-day, interactive educational experience covering the spectrum of applied coronary physiology - from understanding mechanisms leading to ischemia to mastering contemporary techniques in the catheterisation laboratory, enabling better-informed decisions in the cathlab.

Who is it for?
- Early-career interventional cardiologists building independent practice
- Young operators who want to integrate physiology + imaging into everyday PCI decision-making
- More advanced interventional cardiologists aiming at acquiring the necessary physiology competence and confidence in guiding contemporary coronary interventions (e.g. DEBs, complex disease, long lesions, mixed CAD patterns, etc.)
- Teams developing coronary physiology and microvascular assessment programmes
