This fluoroscopic image was obtained during bench-testing of a 3D printed model based on a post-implantation CT scan from a patient who underwent valve-in-valve (ViV) TAVR with an ACURATE S valve inside a 25mm Mitroflow surgical bioprosthesis. The small aortic sinsues and higher implantation of the valve prohibited re-access to the left coronary artery.Selective cannulation was acheived using the "Vertical-Judkins" technique.
