58 year-old female patient with a prior history of AF with embolic stroke (2003); mitral valve replacement (MVR)with mechanical prosthesis in 2005; redo of MVR due to endocarditis with prosthetic dehiscence (2007).She was admitted in March 2021 with acute pulmonary oedema, severe aortic stenosis and mitral prosthetic dysfunction.She was treated with ascending aorta replacement and dual implant of aortic and mitral bioprostheses.
