An interesting finding on CAG and Imaging while addressing very late stent failure in 1st generation DES

72-year-old patient underwent PCI to LAD CTO in 2003 using two 1st generation DES TAXUS Libert, now he presented with ACS in Jun 2021. CAG and OCT were done for very late stent failure which revealed an interesting finding as depicted in the frozen image.
