Post radial artery coronary angiogram in an 82-year-old woman

An 82-year-old woman underwent a radial artery coronary angiogram with 200 ug nitroglycerine and 5000 units of heparin. On 3rd day she developed a large painless non itchy ecchymotic patch with hemorrhagic and serosanguinous bullae in right forearm only.
