Haziness in ostial left circumflex artery

A 64-year-old female with diabetes mellitus for 4 years and HTN for 5 years presented with ACS, inferior wall myocardial infarction (IWMI). Coronary angiogram revealed left main bifurcation disease (Medina 1,1,0). PCI to LCX was performed and provisional stenting to LM to LAD. After modified kissing balloon inflation at LM bifurcation, haziness noted towards carinal aspect of the ostium of LCX. IVUS imaging performed to acertain the same and is shown below.
