A 53-year-old man with hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidaemia, prior smoking, and a history of intracranial aneurysms presents with 2 months of exertional chest pain. ECG and biomarkers are normal. Invasive coronary angiography reveals: A non-invasive stress test showed no inducible ischemia.
