A 71-year-old gentleman underwent angiography due to ischemia of the apex, basal inferior-IVS, and inferolateral wall by SPECT. He had undergone PCI of the LAD 6 years ago due to NSTEMI. OCT was performed on the lesion of the proximal LAD.
