Summary

Discover the case of a 76 year-old female patient presenting with unstable angina, history of CABG and SVG and various risk factors (dyslipidemia, hypertension and type 2 diabetes). Angiography revealed a severe calcification of left main and left anterior descending artery with a tight stenosis, a severe ostial stenosis of SVG, as well as occlusions of left circumflex artery and left internal mamary artery.
