In this GulfPCR-GIM 2022 LIVE session, watch the case of this 49-year-old smoker, dyslipidemic male patient, who presented one month ago with acute inferior STEMI complicated by electrical instability, and whose angio showed significant LAD stenosis, and moderate to severe LCx stenosis, and discuss the role of imaging in managing multivessel disease.
