A 5-month-old baby girl with hypoplastic left heart syndrome was born at term (3 Kg) with associated large ASD secundum. A surgical repaired aortic arch with ASD and PDA closing was performed at 2 weeks old. At 5 months, she presented a re-coarctation of the aorta (65 mmHg).
