Summary

What do we mean by "complex scenarios"? When zero-contrast TAVI implantation becomes a good alternative in kidney disease, when TAVI is implanted in a patient with mechanical mitral valve, or when TAVI is implanted in very large annulus with subannular aneurysm, for example!
