Summary

This session, in collaboration with various cardiology societies, focuses on the management of acute coronary syndromes (ACS). It presents three case studies, covering the management of culprit lesions in ACS, tips and tricks in difficult situations, and the management of multivessel disease. The discussions aim to provide practical insights and solutions for effectively managing ACS patients, including the management of acute stent thrombosis, NSTEMI in patients with polyvascular disease and ischemic cardiomyopathy, and NSTEMI with left main stenosis and low LVEF.
