Summary

This session features selected EuroPCR 2024 Clinical Case submissions focused on complex percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) in patients with non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI). Experts will present and discuss challenging cases, including scenarios involving bleeding risks, wandering coronary stents, and the use of intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) guidance for aorto-ostial PCI. Attendees will gain insights into customizing PCI strategies and managing complications in this high-risk patient population.
