Summary

A 52-year-old male, with a history of STEMI treated by PPCI on RCA one month ago, presents with angina CCS 2 and severe, calcified stenosis in the LAD, CX, and distal left main. The treatment involved implanting 2 stents in the LAD after Rota preparation, followed by a stent in the mid-circumflex with IVL preparation. The procedure concluded with a DK crush technique in the left main (CX stent crushed), all guided by IVUS.
