Summary

This session features selected EuroPCR 2024 Clinical Case submissions highlighting the role of imaging in managing complications during percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI). Experts will present and discuss cases involving recurrent acute myocardial infarction, stent crumpling, and other unexpected complications, demonstrating how the use of various imaging modalities, such as intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and optical coherence tomography (OCT), can guide decision-making and optimize outcomes in these challenging scenarios.
