ACS management: when imaging matters

Summary

This session focuses on the critical role of intracoronary imaging in acute coronary syndrome (ACS) management. Topics include spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) cases, the utilization of IVUS and cardiac CT in emergent PCI during cardiogenic shock, and the assessment of non-culprit lesions using OCT to inform treatment decisions.

Presentations available when logged in:

  • Spontaneous coronary artery dissection; a story of desperation
  • Bringing the hidden to light: the role of intracoronary imaging in STEMI
  • Emergent PCI in SCAD with cardiogenic shock: a case highlighting the role of IVUS and cardiac CT
  • OCT to assess the non-culprits; to treat or not to treat
