Summary

Explore cutting-edge strategies in complex PCI through four detailed clinical cases: a challenging left main bifurcation, a complex procedure using Guideliner Extension Catheters (GEC), an acute coronary syndrome intervention, and treatment of a patient with high bleeding and ischemic risks. This session demonstrates how thorough patient profiling, advanced imaging and functional assessments, and the innovative Cre8 EVO stent technology combine to optimize procedural success and long-term outcomes in complex patients.

  • To evaluate today’s complex PCIs and briefly highlight which are the key elements that identify the patients who need particular care to maximise overall outcomes
  • To find out - through educational clinical cases - how to leverage on accurate evaluation of the patient profile, imaging/functional modalities, strategic interventional approaches and proper device selection to maximise patient clinical outcome at short, medium and long term
