Complex combined transcatheter interventions

Facilitators: R. Kharbanda, G. Lucchese

Summary

This session addresses complex combined transcatheter interventions for multivalvular heart disease. It covers integrated transcatheter strategies for multiple valve pathologies, solutions for combined severe aortic stenosis and mitral regurgitation with heavy calcification, and approaches to concomitant atrial functional mitral and tricuspid regurgitation. The session also discusses challenging cases such as infective endocarditis in patients with valvular defects.

Presentations available when logged in:

  • All-in-one: transcatheter strategy for complex multivalvular heart disease
  • Double trouble: single solution
  • Combined severe aortic stenosis and mitral regurgitation in heavy mitral anular calcification
  • Transcatheter approach to concomitant atrial functional mitral and tricuspid regurgitation
  • Infective endocarditis: an unexpected course in a patient with valvular defects
