Summary

This session provides a practical update on emerging coronary innovations and AI technologies, including next-generation calcium modification devices, bioresorbable scaffolds, sirolimus drug-coated balloons, and AI-driven coronary physiology and imaging tools. It offers a roadmap for integrating these advancements into clinical practice, addressing technology selection, reimbursement, training, and workflow adaptation.

Learning Objectives

  • To get a practical update on the most promising coronary pipeline devices, next-gen calcium modification tools, bioresorbable scaffolds, sirolimus DCBs, and to understand which are closest to changing your practice
  • To evaluate the current evidence for AI-derived coronary physiology (FFRangio, QFR), CT-based PCI planning, and AI-powered intravascular imaging and to learn when these tools are ready for routine use
  • To take home a concrete roadmap for integrating new devices and AI tools into your coronary practice from selecting the right technology to navigating reimbursement, training, and workflow redesign

Presentations available when logged in:

  • What coronary innovation gap matters to you most?
  • Cracking calcium and leaving nothing behind: the coronary device pipeline
  • AI-powered coronary physiology and CT-guided PCI: the evidence in 2026
  • AI in intravascular imaging and procedural guidance
  • Session evaluation and key learnings
