Summary

This session presents cutting-edge advancements in transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), highlighting the TAVI 2.0 era. It encompasses innovative techniques such as percutaneous and non-fluoroscopic TAVR guided by transthoracic echocardiography (TTE), novel alternative access via the left subscapular approach, and patient-tailored commissural alignment assessed through CT follow-up studies.
