PCR Teaching Assessment Board: innovation in medical education via peer review feedback

Victoria Jenkins, William Wijns, and Christopher Cook introduce the Teaching Assessment Board, similar to the peer review process in scientific literature. This group provides structured feedback to teachers and participants, inspired by manuscript evaluation methods to enhance educational quality. The aim is to help faculty improve their teaching abilities continuously. Data from this process, known as the PCR ViTAL Assessment, which began a year ago, is analyzed to enhance educational offerings. This ongoing and expanding process is intended to be applied to all PCR educational solutions, including courses, seminars, and webinars.
