Great Case. Fantastic effort. When you do a follow up angiography you may consider doing IVUS and FFR. It would be interesting to see the readings

Very nice case! Good idea to use echocardiography to get a better image of the aneurysm and good idea to apply local fibrinolysis. Which agent and dosage did you use?
