Changes and cancellations

All changes and cancellations must be submitted via email and are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations until 28 November: Registrations can be cancelled within 14 calendar days of the order confirmation. In this case, a full refund will be issued without any penalties.
Cancellations after 29 December: No refunds will be granted after this date.

To ensure your cancellation is officially and legally processed, please send your request by email to the Registration Department at: [email protected].

Please note that the Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for duplicate registrations or visa refusals.

In such cases, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
