- If I purchase a digital package, but subsequently decide to travel to London, can I change to an onsite package before leaving, or pay the difference upon arrival at the Course?
Yes, you can do either. In both cases, you will simply pay the difference in price between the two packages.
- What are the terms and conditions for cancelling my participation?
All cancellations must be made by email within 14 calendar days of purchase and before 31 October. No refund will be given for cancellations emails sent after 31 October. Cancellation requests have to be sent within the legal delay stated above by sending an email to the registration department:- [email protected]
- No reason is required for cancelling a registration.
- Can I change the participant’s name after signing up?
Yes you may, but each name change will be charged 100€, including VAT.
- Is the Course going to take place in London or online?
At the current time, both options are available and you will find corresponding packages on the registration page. - What's the difference between the onsite and digital packages?
Please consult the detailed list below the price grid. - If I choose the London onsite package, can I still access the livestream and replays?
Yes, the digital package is also included in your fee.
