You may need to gather further knowledge regarding your application for a visa in order to attend the Course in Japan. We highly recommend you apply in advance.
If you need to access documents provided by Japan for your visa application, we kindly ask you to contact our secretariat.
We are only able to issue the required documents for visa application to participants who complete their registration and the full payment of their registration fees.
Please note that the refusal of your visa is no good reason for a refund of your registration fees.
