PCR Tricuspid Focus Group - Referral Meeting in Cologne

A Referral Meeting is a locally organised seminar, addressed to referring physicians with the objective of disseminating messages relevant to the referral and treatment of patients with tricuspid valve disease. It is an independent, post-graduate educational event initiated by a PCR Tricuspid Focus Group member.

Practical information

- The registration to the meeting is free of charge
- The meeting will be held in German
- Institute: University Heart Centre Cologne
- Target audience: Practicing general cardiologists, doctors of internal medicine and general medicine, heart surgeons, nursing staff
- Level of experience: From early career clinicians seeing patients with TR on the wards at a daily basis to experienced ambulatory referrals and senior clinicians from peripheral hospitals sending patients to tertiary care centers for intervention

- Learn about the clinical relevance of TR, its natural disease course, and implications for patient management
- Understand relevant aspects of TV anatomy and to integrate these into imaging based diagnostical workflows
- Gain insights into different TR treatment options & patient selection
