PCR Tricuspid Focus Group - Referral Meeting in Rome
A Referral Meeting is a locally organised seminar, addressed to referring physicians with the objective of disseminating messages relevant to the referral and treatment of patients with tricuspid valve disease. It is an independent, post-graduate educational event initiated by a PCR Tricuspid Focus Group member.

- The meeting will be held in Italian

- Target audience: For medical specialists with an interest in valvular heart disease, including clinical cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, imaging specialists, anesthesiologists and general practitioners involved in the management of valve patients.
Coordinators
Learning objectives:
- Understand the pathophysiology and clinical presentation of tricuspid regurgitation and its impact on patient management
- Apply multimodality imaging and invasive hemodynamic tools for accurate assessment and procedural planning in TTVI
- Identify appropriate candidates for TTVI, including challenging scenarios such as lead-induced TR, large coaptations gaps and multivalvular disease
- Learn about the current and emerging options in transcatheter intervention for TR, with current evidence from clinical trials and case-based discussion
