Michel Darnaud

Michel Darnaud has over 40 years of experience as a business executive and consultant in the cardiovascular Medical Device industry.

He currently is President Cardiac Surgery at LivaNova (previously Sorin Group), Chairman of the public company Stentys (Paris) and Chairman of the privately owned company Xeltis (Zurich).

As consultant at Spencer Stuart, focusing on Medical Technology in Europe from 2005 to 2008, he was also previously President Europe for Boston Scientific for eight years. Before that, Michel Darnaud spent 19 years with Baxter International, where he became President of the European Cardiovascular Business. Michel Darnaud is also former Chairman of Eucomed, the European Medical Device Industry Association.
