Zuyue Wang, MD, is Director of echocardiography laboratory and Director of Structural and Interventional Echocardiography at MedStar Heart and Vascular Institute (MHVI) at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington DC in the United State of America. Dr. Wang is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Georgetown University School of Medicine.
As a specialist in the field of cardiovascular disease and advanced echocardiography imaging, Dr. Wang is a key echocardiographer of the structural heart disease team and provides pre-procedural planning, intra-procedural monitoring and guidance, and post procedural assessment for transcathetr and surgical intervention in patients with complex valvular diseases, aortic dissection, infective endocarditis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and left ventricular assist devices.
Dr. Wang is frequently invited to speak at national and international meetings.
