Here are the answers to the questions they asked during this session:
This is definitely an interesting research field, but not a current guideline recommendation (yet). For patients with severe AS and heart failure, this should indeed be considered.
The preferred TAV type for every patient is mostly determined by the patient's anatomical characteristics. In case of a small aortic annulus, balloon-expandable are not recommended. ACURATE neo2 can be a good selection for patients with a small aortic annulus (superior hemodynamic performance), pre-TAVI conduction disorders, but also mildly to severly calcified aortic valve leaflets.

Indeed, this could theoretically be for some selected patients, if ever some studies come to show that U/S decalcification is effective.
Patient-specific commissural alignment with balloon-expandable TAV is not yet achievable in current practice. But this may change in the near future.
Pre- or post-TAVI PCI is feasible in most patients. Especailly in case of use of balloon-expandable TAV or ACURATE neo2, coronary access is typically not compromised post-TAVI.
