In this large single centre registry investigators demonstrated that with the exception of endothelium independent epicardial coronary artery dysfunction, CVDys diagnosed by interventional functional assessment is correlated with adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events.

The trial aimed to establish the non-inferiority of QCA-guided PCI compared to IVUS-guided PCI with respect to the primary endpoint of TLF at 12 months, defined as a composite of cardiac death, target vessel MI, or ischemia-driven target lesion revascularization.
