A 72 year old retired police officer was referred to the emergency ward with a history of dizziness. His heart rate rate was 36 /mn and regular. His ECG showed bradycardia with a heart rate of 38 /mn, regular with ectopic atrial rhythm. He had no history of presyncope or syncope. Echocardiogram screening at emergency showed dilated coronary sinus.
